Job Duties / Responsibilities
! @, v5 o& Z0 ^% {  N. E9 e& FThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
( I9 S0 l; W! M4 |  ^• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
, a% Q* \; P. f5 u& f+ B8 \• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
- k7 H) {& B' c& ?; U: z) ?; ~• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
* o$ V) x$ o& B* O• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

! N" j0 o: m: w- G• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
% ]" t8 z! u7 Z+ H$ f! g  ?• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
5 U* Y  w/ Z" H( m/ w; U• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

) e+ {7 ^: N+ k2 n/ e+ `: F9 K5 W* @Education / Experience
6 q$ T7 L! m7 \" y• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
2 ]+ i2 n/ r* [• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
: V) K' y! A- U" M/ R, s8 n: H• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
0 f5 e, q) J' s0 b$ L• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
