Job Duties / Responsibilities
5 O% W8 a, d, k4 X/ j9 oThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
$ @: H; e# x  \9 R8 o• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
- m4 N" U5 G! C• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
$ G3 U. h- D0 D• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
* B6 v: O& U# ~$ c3 J, F. [3 f- V• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
" I4 a  H: v1 H) Z! E$ l% [• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
) r6 _* F' i. e# c• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
1 {" c( |* i2 v; C2 K; I6 Y• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
( H9 l! X$ G! d. U7 \& y7 |• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
