Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
, }8 A& w  M% y- i0 a4 O• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
! G' R% [+ s0 n• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
) p% V5 c0 Z' u9 L0 Q• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
$ v, O4 w# ]- u. x6 M( b9 r' b( o• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
2 d4 \2 }$ S$ x1 J$ O% ~' \• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
" [, l* L" v' z! k2 P• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
* X6 N* r+ R; ]6 o0 s/ ~• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
