Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.: m2 {& q- z* r" O
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
/ n9 v1 g- Q; i8 ]- P• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.0 r2 D! R1 i3 M+ Q6 @. ^/ j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.! f1 D# ^4 S1 |: V4 `

• Order business cards as required.& K: d# ^1 h# l
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)8 s7 ]# P- Q- h- q
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.! a* g5 m# ?6 x% |# v7 X* d6 U
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.4 Y# I7 h* {9 t. K8 s' z
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent8 o+ V9 @2 ~" ]* k. e
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar) b: w& ?' `. ^6 c* \7 I
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
) `0 h" g! A, g( \6 x. L• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
& g+ A& w6 c! d4 Y2 i0 u. w) a• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
