" c. K7 o' S. Q1 i7 x• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
' B0 }+ t: b, a- j- v. ~4 H• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
! R" P! i+ c3 a5 K0 W, j7 R, Y• SAP match reporting and monthly management
' N' r& n7 W* G# }7 J• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.( j6 r X* P8 l4 h
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.' S" Y2 q/ c3 n. a/ ]
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.1 f+ Z$ ~( V( b! v
• Order business cards as required.( s( V. n: g4 R5 x% C$ p! D
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
# A, G/ a& D; F3 k4 n: {" g• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.9 P) e3 i4 j8 b9 N. A, N5 i1 f
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent q8 ` V. t2 Q& {5 C) B
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)# j/ U+ j& r; ?/ Z8 p( m8 O8 T$ _0 t
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience! S* e- E8 s1 f; E/ n- j! @
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater! w6 e; R# W; {, `
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 7 ]9 t r4 F3 g
• Attention to detail is required.
