• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

6 ~; J" G, ~( X3 a& ]• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.( d9 [8 K9 H& D% d) m& @
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.$ Y) H1 G; d' W* Q& H
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
( j7 Y6 G! \) B4 U• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
1 F3 ~+ Q* h: c• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Grade 12 or equivalent
: }' \* Z3 t3 z( m6 A• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
S' ^0 h$ c* r1 Z• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
