# E/ M% p* w% a8 |• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
0 n% F# ~6 P/ Y! P9 u9 g) d- k) R• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.# P+ h5 ~; v' n' d- @( _% a# `  l
• SAP match reporting and monthly management$ N- C: s- D6 K
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
% R1 g3 ^3 u2 D: ?• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.% G+ s6 M6 ^0 a, q5 i, e  U
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
# E9 S$ b+ `2 @  |2 h* p4 s• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.: l) f1 m/ Z5 i) C
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
" o) W  d( O3 k( n* l8 ^' p8 n• Order business cards as required.
5 I" ^/ h" b4 [0 ~# F' h4 u8 {, O$ U• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
- W5 P* d1 V+ F" N+ S, S4 L) f• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.& d" }8 k. O: m$ I% R, e6 B) V9 Y  x
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
, t+ p# L0 i3 c( X6 m/ B! i• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
, m* H' K: ?" Z. [" i2 ~+ w• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

0 g$ h. J; k- a0 l) @Education / Experience
1 e9 @7 g* e/ o2 C5 W• Grade 12 or equivalent# U3 `' |* i$ ~1 B0 r* K$ y
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
* [8 |9 X9 f4 `0 B• 3-5 years of related administrative experience! L6 g* `3 x! C! g* }! w
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
  ~; Y% T. M1 ?; u3 R0 b, z• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. + ]  r. G9 }& D* k* w1 ^
• Attention to detail is required.
$ {1 s/ q) M8 O• High level of customer service skills is a must." m7 \3 r3 M5 U* [0 u
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
