• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.1 O, P- I* w p0 H) d3 D
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
. t/ R5 [) p* ^9 g; N* {, W1 u& ^7 Y• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
& F6 M* S/ E( l |! F• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

Education / Experience
! [/ t$ d7 U' M. x: X I' {• Grade 12 or equivalent- U2 a* o( q% q9 R5 Z1 q
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar): |6 U: K y/ j( @3 w' M
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
+ P! j1 W/ b" l, a7 r% s• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater, y8 d) x7 F7 n" {% k# \
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 6 s& @- R5 r+ R5 {* M* i ?0 Y
• Attention to detail is required.
