Job Duties / Responsibilities

8 W3 P* E- |' ~- u& G, U* v! z1 a• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.( n$ @0 G* [2 g+ H
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
3 H3 [% H% i/ a7 J2 n; |1 w$ _, m. Z% S• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.! c8 ~4 S( Y/ v: Z/ z1 L
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
2 x: s+ Q T. T& C$ ^• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.. t: k$ w. x& s
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
