C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
: q" a: O; Q% _, L3 p•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
2 E- a5 _8 S4 M% d•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
  \7 ?% p8 G5 |8 _( U•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
6 q7 g; L1 g' P7 J- F+ l, k: O9 t•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and

9 S! o: e1 U( ]9 N9 ~•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
" p0 g2 q3 }" w! i•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% T& X+ l& g! X. t•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
6 h% K, }/ ~) P# V2 G' h7 r•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
0 N/ s3 S. W) X2 S9 O7 G•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
6 J$ b7 h1 s# n3 Y% eDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
