C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

3 A/ y, T  R( {•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
; x: }3 t  z% F$ F0 Q  K•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
& ]4 I9 v! B; ]; p•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
# `: _9 L( O8 ?, d•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
1 f# I, y5 l' z4 F- p& P. C& R4 O•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
4 i' j$ O, B; b4 W; {•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
7 L$ J" `% c) w( h, M( X•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
2 d8 t; r8 S% b# P) R0 SMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
+ ~# h  s, B! t  ]5 x5 J•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
, r! x2 K$ ]% C' C2 u•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
6 T. W* H+ U2 L7 _- T•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
% k" g2 b. c  v9 s7 F! I•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
: j8 U& O6 ~0 O" _•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
' {! G% g$ I/ ]/ dDesirable Requirements:
! ?" Q4 j4 h& O0 G•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
