C# Systems Analyst

  ~" @2 u5 u5 b2 T" q+ t' {C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
' D) ]* s5 D6 I$ h•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
' i0 g! [6 x5 f% f•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
7 ]3 j0 _6 s" V9 k5 O# g•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
9 b$ P; c$ g9 T9 @+ w•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
# Q9 ^4 r( [! y7 X•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
) L! ?+ n+ q& w' m8 BMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
! S0 W+ f" G# m•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
) n' x! I+ q, G' }' Z+ |+ V& P( u•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
& {3 K& x9 ~9 s# [/ K•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
6 {" `- v" z; d4 I" g•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
9 g  V% T0 |( t•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
+ C  k! T# {. ]& @2 D5 Y•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
