C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
. n+ D) |& p5 ~5 B% RDuties:
8 |; p% U1 ~& \, |; r$ U% @•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
; o' w4 j! g( O: n& S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
' E- \  u( V) F/ e/ N4 @# S•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
0 s% G& y4 [* ~( i! v* `$ ?•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
% C% B/ }' c1 ]•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
$ L5 t! m; P6 d3 x•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
8 ]2 b9 U- T0 z0 Q  n" w•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
. v4 V; m. g/ g9 q6 m4 U•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
. W4 c; L- E% i: _4 r•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
