! ?; g% D$ x. A7 @' o' j: uC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
$ Y1 G9 w  Y, X& i9 iDuties:
6 E) F9 D3 ?% e1 c•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
! U9 B6 `! L1 t1 W. b. K•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
5 X# s  k- @2 T+ j: N1 P7 T•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
8 C8 g; q4 _2 x1 O; t. p4 ]" {•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
7 h/ h* k% n& u8 R2 k9 z•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
  i6 X% F9 J* j- J6 s•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
% D; C1 m8 z% u2 n1 s2 p•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
2 ], Q: K" X' F& r0 e' M•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
