influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close

then unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.9 T; n' E& ^9 Z4 s
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your
! t' K' i7 H, b0 q; q3 Hcough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta
