Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
7 @7 V! G! O9 H$ k2 _+ A( v' [  B1 ~2 v• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
" @$ n  D% x" @* H: [7 I1 i4 [• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
* T& P! j; B% o/ ?! [, I• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
