Job Duties / Responsibilities! J# U+ R) l C, d' ?* W. F
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) ( I- a* f$ y3 l6 x7 N3 j7 j0 o8 f* ]
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
7 @7 V! G! O9 H$ k2 _+ A( v' [ B1 ~2 v• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 0 o! P) { `/ Q+ p% Z
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;1 X: L% c/ I' b- A! h
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; F8 J/ @9 `. d3 B8 R/ P4 a
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
" @$ n D% x" @* H: [7 I1 i4 [• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
* T& P! j; B% o/ ?! [, I• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; - l$ ?7 e l' I o* H0 j& K
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ( Z! b$ R' v: ]! h3 u/ s% c# H2 h
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
