市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

# q) `( }% ~0 R( ?9 Q# C" K不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

关键是市场上好房子不多!

6 y+ \" B( A, T- ~以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
