院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享- [6 y! |- g, L7 `/ s0 i$ |

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
/ X8 _+ u3 p5 i, A, A1 cup water 250 ml
. R4 b: L* r- M% u5 @' h6 k2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
5 W" q' d0 J6 x* t: q# F/ V& g) N1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
2 Z# ^6 q' h! H8 B* gjuice of 1 lemon* 1

% N# N( P5 l7 D+ l# FPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
