院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE
8 B1 Q+ I& I+ o( ]
1 L% L8 w) ^" |1 h- ]: o3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
5 j8 N+ s6 {. E# W1 cup water 250 ml * D- q5 L7 v& M4 N" I6 ?4 B1 J
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ( X3 U q G0 }2 h8 j
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

4 T$ ]0 h0 x$ }& z: J1 ~5 ~Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
