院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

1 cup water 250 ml
6 H# _0 I: c' Q" J$ f; D2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 2 B, ^& t0 K; p$ o5 `% t8 [
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ' _* p) L: P6 H
juice of 1 lemon* 1 % F! ?$ u6 M, Q' I. `( G1 O6 M

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
