院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

0 @4 T$ E" d. s4 m3 cups saskatoons 750 ml - F/ |3 Q& Z* u: j
1 cup water 250 ml % v( V: K$ e5 b/ }# N# }5 }
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
5 k, i+ x& q: r, U1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 9 z5 q: P4 a3 J, E
juice of 1 lemon* 1

; G6 H4 V% [! U" t: W& rPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.+ n6 B) T5 d+ }: u3 }) \) K

4 g5 r0 ]: G3 @* b& O3 `Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
