院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

1 m% d0 U, [! T8 U3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
t$ o' H0 q. q0 @* Y1 cup water 250 ml
* f7 k2 e+ j- f4 B0 N0 N1 F8 a2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ( z$ m8 q$ N7 b9 D: ]- d- x0 l
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
