院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享1 i9 o7 y; p ~" ?. T+ R

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
: o* O8 R( g$ P& J1 cup water 250 ml & g: \7 Q& @! V: n. p* l/ ]
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml % {0 s2 f3 O/ B; O/ o. U: H
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml - g7 {' | D n1 B
juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.0 A& H: v" N& {3 A

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
