Part-Time Associate Coordinator Needed urgently

Hi everybody,

The program coordinator Janina is requesting for a two-month leave next year.  In this regards, the Board has approved the hiring of an Associate Coordinator as suggested by Janina as soon as possible to support her for the month of December and take over some of her responsibilities while she is on leave.  The Associate Coordinator will support the Coordinator in the day-to-day work of the Coalition.  In
& t* ^- u' G- Q) oparticular, he/she will be responsible for the following:

1.    Coordinate the leadership development program of the Coalition
2 `! n+ y& C7 z0 h2 ^2 k(scheduling, venue arrangements, contacting resource persons and inviting
  u! c8 G' u& a. o1 v* O: W$ Dparticipants)
  I* P/ e& E* M2.    Assist in organizing Coalition meetings (setting-up schedules,
# k2 }9 _8 x" @8 U% `preparing agenda in coordination with the Board, keep attendance and prepare
# |, Z2 n9 l" ]; P4 z" Q2 e) v8 }! wminutes)
2 d, j2 O  a5 h5 K3.    Assist in administrative duties assigned by the Coordinator

This is  a part-time position with a rate of $18-23/hour; initial contract
will be 6 months.  The Associate Coordinator will report directly to Janina
Strudwick and the Board, in Janina's absence. This is an internal posting
