请问买十年新的房子，有必要找home inspector 吗？
& r8 R; z4 k% n9 J. l) W' c# ?$ y- s觉得花400元也查不出啥问题，不请又不太踏实。请发表高见，到底有用没有？

我觉得得请。十年也不算太短啊。好多东西要换了，而且要看看维护做得怎么样。
