请问买十年新的房子，有必要找home inspector 吗？
+ T* Y" y3 n0 a1 V+ M! f& d! N; ~觉得花400元也查不出啥问题，不请又不太踏实。请发表高见，到底有用没有？

我觉得得请。十年也不算太短啊。好多东西要换了，而且要看看维护做得怎么样。

It's quiet  necessary to let an inspector to help you for your 10y old house.
I  recommend  Rob Yaworski, a home inspector who works in  the HOUSEMASTER  property inspection inc.
