请问WALK-OUT BASEMENT是要9 FEET好，还是8 FEET的行呀？

基本是8'1"，也有是9‘1“；最终是你决定，高的，你的地下室净空就高一些，如果，你不打算在地下室有什么重要功能在那里，矮一些也正常。

9' is better, especially for walk-out basement.  you will spend more time there than regular basement. (otherwise, no need for walk-out).

是呀，以后建一个GREATING ROOM 和2个BEDROOM，应该会经常在这里活动。

2500元增高一尺，太合算了。如果能做10尺的，一定要10尺的。否则，一定9尺的。千万别要8尺的。经验之谈。

另外，一层，一定要9尺的。不知道能否作10尺的。
  C, C  Q4 i6 E4 j* R' N8 v1 u主要的问题是，你的房子的高度Bylaw上有限制。高的地下室，可以往深了挖。一楼高了，二楼的屋顶就有限制了。除非建筑商把房顶的坡度降低。

this is a hardware upgrade which you can't do it afterwards, you may regret not spending the  $2,500 after you take possession. 10 ft basement may not be possible for a 2 storey  because  the public sewage might be well above your house drain- out pipe if excavation of soil goes a bit deeper. Ask your builder and they would tell you yes or no.
