1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
: @* R2 x# w9 z$ L. q( e2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.
$ \# Z' F+ N. Y* P/ V6 K3 ]3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
$ e7 e/ W$ L, | w3 M4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
+ L- H! c2 J1 Z6 i( d9 n5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water$ L {1 T4 ^. {) \1 L3 b

Whipping cream 300ml. w$ S5 O% V" e- i6 l4 ^: U
Milk 130ml
0 V+ P" n0 q" _, v# @8 s7 Negg yolk 5
" y [& d4 o+ ?1 Bsugar 40g+30g
w$ o2 a3 w. B9 X6 Kvanilla extract 1/2tsp- E3 V+ M1 t. j1 n/ K3 F% j
: p( q/ e; [; v" x) T1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled7 D" X: E8 F" a
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 6 |/ n% t& U; T; h2 B5 Z3 R& ?7 O- R
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)( N$ a8 Z2 O8 _6 K' L! J
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
' d4 X, p1 D5 R( L8 v5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
