' {- I9 d3 S/ N1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

vanilla extract 1/2tsp: [( p% P( [2 T! x7 ^
6 x2 l1 N; f- X3 `6 ~6 b/ q9 G. O1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled' C6 D0 K; J& v0 G
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar # m! f% ?2 W9 `, F/ |+ C
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋' {' ~& o7 u R2 m
有蛋白就會比較凝固
