I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. 2 V: ~4 {- u$ wI have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license.7 L) W* \' U$ a. v

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
