I used to be a member in Chinese Anglers Club in Toronto, They have论坛公约/ V; s" x# j5 k, v. t6 S

I think, here we also need 论坛公约 which shall been always put on the top of web page. The board moderator can cancel any writings if that violate 论坛公约.: q& p! R* ^- m, L
