Job description:
3 `. G+ q' p( R7 E* J! J- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
- s# _5 @  Q* x& w* M- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
' ]7 |% U% F' V, h* Y6 m- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
8 \: Y, q1 A; i/ a- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
, n2 Z0 ~* h4 l8 n5 k$ t  F! U•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        On-the-job training will be provided
