Job description:
- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
6 _6 ?, R9 ~7 h- P. y  _- }- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
, k! Q: x4 \1 f, G0 u- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
' a* L$ M# t6 t, A- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
/ z1 f; m3 C6 O1 v4 @4 E) A$ s1 ]- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
