关于地下室装修费用的问题

问问坛子里的诸位老大，有谁知道地下室装修费用的预算问题，地下室大概120平米，想做一个厕所，一间卧室，剩下的地方作为活动空间，活动空间铺地板，这样的装修大概的费用是多少，本来想自己试试，结果发现还是蛮挑战的。。。

20k to 30K, depends on what quality of materials you go for. If finished by builder, can be as high as 50K

I try very hard to be consistent in not making recommendation in order to rid off any supposition that I am an affiliate to someone in the business but I would say any quotes range from $12-$15 per sq ft (labour only) could be considered as reasonable (builders charge around $50/sq ft (labour and materials). Costs of materials may differ and depend on what quality of materials you are after.
