Position Responsibilities:$ i1 ~3 |8 T8 U( k/ B( ~: p
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
2 n# e+ W& ~: n/ a. |& ]* `# B•        Identification and replication of software defects  * T1 U( C* `  \  k( T- u5 [& h! @- |/ @
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
" z* |7 W& \5 U: K5 F•        Managing customer expectations + W" N+ }  `7 V( A( e; m& t2 E
•        Documentation of technical procedures ) s# }& g, |0 b6 j3 o5 {
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
" P$ p% B- Y5 h* B+ J9 l•        Optimizing system configurations  : C& ~3 e3 o. c: F
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; u  r# V2 ^; I( q  q
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system / Q3 S# c# v4 R4 b6 W
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. & V8 u1 Q& M1 g+ d* A
•        Site services worldwide % g4 w7 k* P: J4 ^/ Y0 {7 k
•        System training 3 b) v$ l0 M' L5 x, d" |, T3 x: j; _
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

•        Customer service skills
: r. O7 T5 @; M" F1 c' ]•        Technical writing skills

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.  J9 n1 R/ \! B8 [2 }9 Y: h
•        Network trouble shooting skills / U$ v7 }8 x1 h0 x5 q. y
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills * h4 _0 ~: B3 D
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments " `  _; T  }, L" V6 Y
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education; {- b& j7 I/ d- |
•        Technical degree or diploma
