Position Responsibilities:
+ z# i+ o3 V- Z [' D9 I, N• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ m4 C G) E9 m2 o# c
• Identification and replication of software defects
# a. c( `; }+ P3 w, T1 d# g9 w• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
. C! j% B( K/ e+ R; X• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues ( Y, `+ z; v6 U, _
• Optimizing system configurations 9 H9 A4 c: W( h! s/ r, J
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 7 e, @" [" p' k; C( v8 w. W) Y
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
