• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control4 D+ U+ n% Y7 g/ U% k7 m6 u/ |
• Identification and replication of software defects
$ B' U R' V$ W" Z7 [3 S• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
5 Z( ~0 V4 |" p• Managing customer expectations & q: n6 h+ ]0 f6 v# i1 c' D1 P/ C
• Documentation of technical procedures 4 ?% J: u1 R6 G/ b
• Trouble shooting client network issues ' |( \" i3 }$ D# K2 _# [8 w
• Optimizing system configurations

• System training

• Work evenings as required

• C++ development skills
