Position Responsibilities:- M/ i& C: r. s
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
" ]# Y6 C6 W; ^- H: T* Z• Identification and replication of software defects
Q& C6 X @. p- c8 E• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
3 d a3 Y; v# u% U! V• Managing customer expectations
( U( x- W) K V) N! z( ~• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations 5 W" \& {6 `; I" L; c8 J4 t7 n
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
