•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control5 [/ W% j; P+ O0 {) Y$ a& e
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
( Y8 }! ~/ C* W* ~•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
! D" q7 \  r& ~! [, I7 i! ^•        Managing customer expectations
0 L3 E& B+ q8 b; A- \•        Documentation of technical procedures
6 s2 @1 @5 r8 D" n; C- B+ ~' e( ]) F0 i•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
