Position Responsibilities:
2 K1 z1 M) v3 n6 c• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control2 D, A I9 F. Q+ F# O
• Identification and replication of software defects ) s$ B$ u/ o. h0 e
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients - I( q. w7 g* W3 X( m3 ~
• Managing customer expectations ' c; |. {9 }6 D( M$ [- \
• Documentation of technical procedures ! j. W" N% }" A7 k6 i0 M
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ; h: O J8 g) ~* f

• System training
