• Identification and replication of software defects 3 {- M2 |: ?( H' I* }9 l' V0 ]3 y' ?
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 5 E3 H' _1 n% s1 F, u- W0 b: D
• Managing customer expectations ; C* ]: k- q- z$ j
• Documentation of technical procedures 0 ?0 }# [! H7 d9 h' v
• Trouble shooting client network issues + ? U& {) ?3 ^
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required
