4 l! n. K6 X& [# I0 H. X•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- n9 U6 |3 v9 l* a4 i
•        Identification and replication of software defects  & V  z: T4 t' ?9 P! ^5 u8 D: t
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  # e$ `7 R4 q- f* A: e3 }* S
•        Managing customer expectations
' p) ]  K) Q8 ]$ g6 F•        Documentation of technical procedures $ N* f) u, s) g! u4 P; y9 H; Z
•        Trouble shooting client network issues ! f3 G  N/ N6 U" @: S
•        Optimizing system configurations  6 \) T# L) R, ^/ D( c; s
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ) o; i4 e+ s+ @. D! N3 A
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system , S' P7 K' i. ?
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. ( d* C: ?0 X' ]) f$ U
•        Site services worldwide

9 y( }' Q: p9 Y3 U; ^0 P; H. R: C1 z•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin/ A0 }1 A$ R$ Y' \9 a

Skills and Knowledge Required' k+ ?9 N! Y+ B/ A* Y
•        Customer service skills
# i( X+ d  r: I•        Technical writing skills
' m6 j3 q+ j9 \& O: n•        C++ development skills
/ w# p4 _; P0 V7 G) }* h) X/ R•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
! n* h7 b8 C2 r3 n' p, t; J$ D•        Network trouble shooting skills ' C3 z9 n0 `2 j
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
0 Y( ~1 A# v3 y) \; S. M•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
" u2 _; z' @* O4 h) z6 f& w•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

Experience and Education

•        2 years experience in a technical support role- b0 T  z+ o( G' I+ d, ]. J
