Position Responsibilities:, M' o2 t3 }, }* [6 j- V" {. R
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
4 G* J8 v% ~# ]• Identification and replication of software defects + ?+ ~& h, J' z, g
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients # [* G( \. H5 m, \* v3 L
• Managing customer expectations
5 U+ i# Q5 f1 H' W6 p• Documentation of technical procedures

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
