Position Responsibilities:
/ U; Z' r3 v; Y |3 \( M2 Y• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. r) ^3 ~7 P- C
• Identification and replication of software defects
; F! _& Y; T7 a9 h+ D5 V. p• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
. e" |) j5 p) l% U: e• Managing customer expectations . ^1 t) M3 ], z' o* O2 y# y4 E
• Documentation of technical procedures / U. C5 {9 i' s0 ]6 x, u& ?
• Trouble shooting client network issues ( t2 p5 \9 t5 D& N+ C
• Optimizing system configurations 4 ?% F* w; z% V$ o+ e+ o: l+ o
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) ; L8 ?. S5 m \7 q' `4 ^; P. ]) Z
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required

• C++ development skills
