0 `4 c/ _" T3 m2 C9 Q/ l( i After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

- `. ]+ D' @" Y( KWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.# R6 ?' v; t1 t6 @5 R4 [' d' M3 r2 g
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
8 d! n! ^9 i9 l& e. E, ^Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

" C- |8 P( ]- C3 d. jThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
+ m- b5 h5 _( ~# Z) r/ XThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
+ ^- W. Q8 m. {1 P) D! ]; @ It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
