After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. _7 g* J7 x8 D( s6 `7 U0 Z' b: `

$ n! Z! i+ d. hWe isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.

The problem should be inside the bucket.( ~8 Z/ H" X$ w, g \8 S
) F/ J/ D4 ?0 l. jWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.1 Q) m9 u4 ~% C& O' |
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.5 q7 m) d) u. P) P; ?% \9 {
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

7 W9 p |' q5 E" oThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
! K7 }* A- J* |- W# V! D( }They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.8 e4 D ^* F% D) n P; X6 h' Q
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
