This week our crew got a task to fix a big problem. It is a disaster. As shown in F1 and F2.
L1 R6 k" k( F5 m3 @Tray A ,which is 36 inch wide, runs vertically from ground to the top of building, Total is about 40 meters long.
% {8 S' e* H/ u$ O. b9 p7 OTray B , which is 36 inch wide, runs horizontally about 25 feet, then go down vertically to the ground.
/ A7 O1 ~0 w3 y$ s9 ?In the tray B, there are about three hundreds cables which run in a terrible mess. Most cables go closely the one side of the tray B, like cable b, c. See F2. About 30 cables go the outside of the tray B, like cable a. About 15 cables go like cable d. See F2. Cables like a, b, c are hard to separate. Cables like c can’t be moved by hand.' x# b' c, d2 _8 D& N
In the tray A, there are about 200 cables that run in a terrible mess too. Most cables run like cable e, f, g. See F1. It is hard to separate cables in tray A too.* K9 K g0 V4 ^4 n: F* V
Seven guys to do this job, four come from our crew three come form another crew; - w; c8 Y4 F( i( o
Our job is to separate cables into bundles and make them like tidy.
' s( \) \: M6 T! ZFacing to this disaster, we, even foreman, do not know how to do. Our foreman told us” first be safety, second be happy, take your time be patient, try to do best that you can do.” Until now we do not have strangle idea to resolve this problem. We also do not know how long we can finish this job.

My work place is west north of RHC(PCL INTRACON job site). The highest building beside of 15th AV. It is also North of 421 A and 421 B. job site is at four floor. Next Monday I will be here. Welcome to check and talk if it is possible. |
