I have joined 加拿大华人电工协会.  I can log in加拿大华人电工协会网站www.ceac.ca. But I can’t upload articles. I send two short messages to华人电工协会 and send two Emails to ceac@ceac.ca.  After two days there are not any answers. Dose the 加拿大华人电工协会网站 www.ceac.ca’s  administration work or not ?
