1. In order to reach the instruments which are above the Grid Floor A ,see F1 above, cables coming from the Branch Tray C have to pass the Grid Floor A.
& k; h& G F C* N; ]9 Q2. If using basket tray to conduct cables, you have to make a hole at the Grid Floor A by cutting a piece of stuff from the Grid Floor A. then the basket trays can go through the Grid Floor A.
h0 p; v. _1 A$ G: K, j9 ~- J3. IF using a pipe to conduct cables, because the size of the pip is one inch you can make a small hole at the Grid Floor A by a iron bar(撬棍) o5 {0 u! M/ V) ~' h
4. While you finish one hole for the tray, you can finish 10 holes for the pipe with the same time.
- |% V$ M4 m, q# A; z( O" z2 B% W8 r So to make job easy and fast I prefer to use more pipes. ( D* A+ E5 ` E1 p; M: k+ @
As shown on F2, see the Ins A. If x or y is >18 inches I cut a hole for the tray., y. H+ q2 H: t! y0 [# b& _5 a
The distance of 18 inches is mandatory by SHELL.: b9 z1 d& ?, |; {0 }. z; G' z1 e
In this case about 85% instruments above the Grid Floor A have been serviced by pipes. |
