Key Responsibilities: Reports directly to the executive director. The primary role of the successful candidate is to reduce isolation of seniors and provide support services to older adults in the Mill Woods community. Skills & Qualifications: Completion of a post-secondary diploma in social work or equivalent background and enjoys working with seniors. Additionally, the ideal candidate has good knowledge and understanding of aging and older adults. He or she has good listening and communication skills, a non-judgemental attitude, and experienced with different cultures and various religious beliefs.
