As another post recently reveals, a similar but smaller house in Hogson was sold for 424.5 K with 7 offers competed at the same time, I would guess the 1st one should be no more than 450K and price may be negotiated to even lower with no realtors involved. The 2nd one is priced reasonably in the present market environment.

第一个房子是LANDMARK HOMES的CAMBRIDGE，其新房造价在二十五万左右。再加上它所在地的LOT价就是了。

这个LOT在这个要价里看来是值了二十万。那你就要去实地看看了。LOT按大小方位和所在区不同差别不小。
我看过LMH的SHOWHOME，就知道这个房型设计很好，紧凑实用。
