Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.

& S8 X' l. I* j7 ?" i) E& bAnother said:” maybe means shutdown.”
$ W0 x5 J/ j6 R( NMy foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
