The IT Small Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing day to day technical support for SYSCO Edmonton. Responsibilities will include equipment management and support, basic network support and troubleshooting.

§ Provide high level of customer service to internal customers
+ A7 Z: Y( p. b§ Provide small systems technical support; troubleshoot problems and either resolve them independently or coordinate third party involvement in resolution
: k0 ?5 G9 Y( z: B§ Hardware and software installation, configuration and implementation
+ s1 g" R. n7 u# N, g§ Ensure software and hardware standards and other policies are adhered to at all times
p9 U' ^$ S/ W. E8 e§ Liaise with Corporate IT Helpdesk
! M3 p: Y( e/ I+ K' W§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert

§ May be required to provide after hours pager support for emergency trouble calls

§ Hardware and software configuration and implementation
8 A* e2 \ R/ m/ T4 R. P8 G. P§ Manage and track all technology assets including ensuring that all software licenses are documented and adhered to

§ Perform network administration at the domain level; managing user accounts and network access

§ Become familiar with in-house software applications (AS/400, EXE/warehouse management system, SOS, VRFS, Impromptu, Lotus Notes & others) with goal of becoming in-house expert

§ Coordinate and support end user training
