smartly avoid it?
3 ]  V+ P' Q' n  ]?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
2 y+ S9 j! N, v: ?at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
. n# C$ M2 _. F) G' c4 I: K4 hto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of " f* K5 \5 g6 Y3 k& x. q
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a 3 w4 k8 |5 p% a( S. B( N8 [9 z

are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays 1 b) W% ~/ j; O% k

relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
/ A" s( j* b: k& N& Y1 |?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to

: I  c4 q4 X5 `- Y, t# ~& Dbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,

tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
! S( p- v. s% ?5 E. mplay. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will
% q& W* Q1 i8 s6 obe watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or

2 v' T8 ^8 V1 F4 cand candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
2 [& l2 ^; D0 F# d& lhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down " j- m8 `; M7 R: O4 W4 p
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
