What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

: V9 d- e. P9 B5 l$ R! q+ ?) Xat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
# b8 N0 ]" U( a  R4 ]9 a" y+ T2 ?to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
5 i# J  a) u7 y) w  {1 @+ Q5 K* ymoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
% ~$ }  R; ~& k2 K6 N2 {0 KBudget.'

are offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays

?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to 0 S' r# L- j9 l1 y' q
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
; g6 [1 U9 o0 ]; V# O3 E6 |, Mbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
. G* D- a0 r3 `( K& Pfrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to ! [% j7 k9 s2 @% a8 h, ~
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into 5 W8 v. M$ i1 K* }% i/ D
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will ( }& v: `# I( p1 B4 i$ G
be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or 0 H  K+ v. ?( T) ?$ \4 [0 W( m
a cookie and a half by your desk and that way it will seem as if you are

and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
( w4 Y# P* p6 ^* K- I. m' X# lhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down 2 d+ Y. a* k6 C+ n/ ?
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate 6 o7 X1 f! i' t1 b
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. 4 Y+ X" g2 c. B; S; M
It's interesting to note that in a poll sponsored by the National Confectioners # K8 }0 y  H3 ?9 ^3 p; s# h

on a Budget' plan means that serving portions and the choice of food selected
/ ]4 D. ~2 _3 D! V# _should be carefully watched.
