eat yourself into a resolution to 'take off a few extra pounds' if you can

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out ) `% N! u7 q4 [+ F" e8 e
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem , F# W$ m, o* E! K" \% |8 C
to be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of   @/ m7 @( y1 j5 l0 ~7 `6 B  |
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a ( q4 U. V  m6 |5 J

* r8 e" i, L2 {1 B" g?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
+ _# C; ^. m0 Z& ysubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
! A5 F$ }, [4 Ebreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
$ a  y2 w7 y& Efrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to - O6 W' N$ [- E" e' [
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into 7 T5 w9 B$ o5 l. [5 f
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will + v2 Z7 C( J# R. m6 z( ?. H. w- N
be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or

heartily enjoying the holiday treats.?

' \4 J; S5 h3 G, X+ D9 B$ Z' ?and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating   |  R% Q, |! K
healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down
- e# c+ C6 N0 S9 S' Rupon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
* x6 A- Q# c8 ~6 F$ Q1 d4 Ecandies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. $ T1 ?0 K& o# ^4 v% q
It's interesting to note that in a poll sponsored by the National Confectioners

At a party where more desserts and sweets are likely to be available, a few of 9 X8 F" V2 W4 ]) A9 v
the selections can be sampled. If the urge to try everything can't be resisted,
