: D& ?6 z" ?- i0 a4 ~?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
6 X) Z% Z* u0 `9 t8 pat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
& v$ R) g) T# L; V; X1 q$ Hto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of 8 n' n$ ?! S' k& \2 A
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a ( a9 m- J  v! W! H: G7 w
Budget.'# n" Y# B; {; N" u/ |

, y  M  Y. I- R& Srelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
: M; o0 F# |  `" R?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to # c9 e; \- M  i0 Z' E2 X
substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
% S8 Z# l; C9 t6 }breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie, & V6 b0 z( c- U, E% j
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to
$ `/ P. H+ a4 h# N, ~" ?& Xtell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
5 H8 N9 `* `5 Z; v% O5 `play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will 5 N* w8 R- k( e: \1 X
be watching how you really eat. You can always have a few candies, one cookie or
) X" v  r4 b4 I+ A% D  Ia cookie and a half by your desk and that way it will seem as if you are 6 g4 T8 U4 u1 \
heartily enjoying the holiday treats.?

* J& S! {! W" g5 }- k) _healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down
4 P& r5 u- d# n5 b9 F7 lupon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
* L" r+ K1 Y: h0 M  b1 h5 O5 n; }candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

Dinner, where larger quantities and selection of food is available, the 'Eating

* H: U4 i/ {4 S8 [At a party where more desserts and sweets are likely to be available, a few of

then do so, but then second helpings have to be severely limited. The same is
