What Makes Christmas Magical

During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

pleasant thought to start the New Year carrying any extra pounds. So why then

smartly avoid it?
, V2 f% z7 s" i- O5 [?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out ! C2 `3 `/ {) S' N" X- G4 V
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
2 d+ b2 s/ |4 ~4 J$ S$ dto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
- C. e' ?& b7 t6 c, omoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a , g; h/ X$ e+ q3 ^
Budget.'4 Y, w+ f3 ^1 H/ a' Z! @

' B( y7 W( p! n/ `3 Eare offered. It will seem as if you aren't in the spirit of the holidays 3 C( G0 i' I$ F9 T  O( t
especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more " P% O0 `0 u" ~/ t- z9 {' z
relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
1 Z# A" r2 P4 y- p, _9 e$ o?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
3 x; p0 s. Z2 ]substitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
% p- R4 s, M2 q+ I5 pbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
. E7 \& K4 ], Ofrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to ) U+ B. u' y) \3 t# a
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into ( i% Q. \' A9 k) T' M+ w: N
play. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will

and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating 8 v% Y5 A; C5 o$ o
healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down

candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.
