What Makes Christmas Magical

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out # a. k% m) f5 {7 ^+ s; E' L9 ?
at a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
) B$ W" Z( H+ `% N! Jto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of $ p2 j7 d! k6 N! V$ B* f
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a 2 r6 e' m, B9 v* G+ G% h2 U
Budget.'

& w8 }  Y( g) Oespecially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more
% o, @2 N, @7 a/ ], d" c6 Brelaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower.
, B' o! a' d( _: b4 r2 I?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
  g7 S; I4 }$ [( c. Y& wsubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with + F& [; `& l/ K$ C( M, m3 [
breakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
8 Z! N/ E8 Q/ r2 J0 Y. Ufrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to / w; p, q, s$ x# o3 o* K
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into
5 K$ a/ |  j) b) Fplay. You can then enjoy the cookies over two or more hours,ed hardy hoodies, because nobody will

a cookie and a half by your desk and that way it will seem as if you are

?Another strategy is to bring - bake or buy - low calorie Christmas cookies ) y  C  r- f+ G
and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating ) I, |" U1 @9 |7 b
healthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down ! x" @( K: |+ v6 x+ X4 B
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate 5 t2 @9 N6 ^% [( T
candies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies. , b( a% ^6 T- M7 n" Z, b1 \
