?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
( ]9 v  v6 s" [$ t  v- F) ?2 T! L; a& Cat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
! V/ v' N9 e/ a* f8 vto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of ' p- \+ V9 W+ v7 b* D% A0 W
moderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a * S: n0 `" S# N. {$ q+ p' d2 [

especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more

1 H: E  n5 X$ }" a?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to

( z4 S) v0 D  Kbreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,   O- M/ U2 e- K. O$ U- [; ?/ z# |
from the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to ) ^7 Y( E6 e+ _7 O7 v1 C2 Z3 v6 @
