During the Christmas season, summer and its body-conscious state of mind

?Whether it's sharing cookies and candies at work, or having an evening out
2 ^2 o# P4 d/ k: V0 Uat a party or dinner, you can have Christmas food and enjoy it. While you seem
- n% l* h& C0 Y: p# nto be eating heartily with a smile, the key is to have a secret strategy of
& d9 \' h5 L1 d" i8 F3 a% t/ p  k% I/ Fmoderation. It involves sticking to a plan that can be called 'Eating on a
# U8 M, `4 k5 a8 RBudget.'3 o8 G- y# v8 P3 n  d# r$ e

be something like, 'Uh..no..bah humbug' all the time that some Christmas goodies

especially since at that time of year everyone is usually in a festive and more 8 C* G: C1 r& N0 a# |
relaxed mood, and the pace at work is usually slower. ) v+ Z! j3 b( l: P
?A practical way to partake in Christmas goodies, for example, is to
9 v' o! M8 F. i/ lsubstitute some holiday cookies for say the bagel that you usually have with
0 j% e" I8 [9 A4 ybreakfast or for a mid-morning snack. And instead of just taking one cookie,
2 s# L3 {0 W. H& T' T' Wfrom the platter, which is noticeable and likely will encourage a colleague to 3 \6 _5 m( a* b
tell you to have more, take three instead. That's where the plan can come into * U: F7 B3 w6 w

and candies to work to counteract others that are being offered. Since eating
) ~9 F& Z' C- zhealthy is highly encouraged, health-conscious cookies will not be looked down 0 i- {& _, v. C5 X( T# F) [; o8 w
upon so long as they taste great. A box of sugar-free Christmas chocolate
& a5 W+ S  J0 \8 {& C- f4 e. vcandies for example will look just as delightful as regular chocolate candies.

should be carefully watched.

2 H% B7 {8 w& h# F. Q! `the selections can be sampled. If the urge to try everything can't be resisted,
# p5 |; t9 d. u- ~2 k  pthen do so, but then second helpings have to be severely limited. The same is
  C- ~! w4 u& t5 n! n0 \2 t- k3 \somewhat true for Christmas Dinners. One big difference is that the food served 8 G6 r' n* ]$ d& v+ D' l  _
during Christmas Dinner will be heavier, so by selecting portions wisely,air max tn, one
