This position will be filled with an internal candidate on, either, a project term or Secondment basis.

X) d$ L3 d" L8 \Directly supports the completion of and prepares project scheduling activities on the Husky Sunrise Project. 1 q, ]' {; R/ w" @1 Z
Responsibilities 7 d! O; B6 u9 [ ^1 h
Ensures a high degree of consistency for work produced throughout the project by establishing and promoting internal standards and practices related to the development of project schedules. 6 I C% q9 P6 {; u# v
/ ?& c9 m" U4 F2 {( Q$ t! a0 d5 q% T& WWorks with external engineering consultants to establish clear expectations regarding their scheduling practices and conducts routine audits to ensure a high level of compliance with those expectations.

8 }$ r+ H6 j) d6 D7 _, p8 gEstablishes and maintains a general definition of functional stakeholder input required on the development of all project schedules. p& I# ^" Y* }) v; V" N4 H4 N
Qualifications * K" e- N, x9 }3 F
Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on projects directly related to the hydrocarbon pipeline or similar process industry. 8 {# G) J. k9 k* h- j2 s. e
0 J x8 W" ]7 y8 }! ]% ?7 v' f% gExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software.

: H5 A) G7 m# T) L& CAbility to assess challenges to developing accurate and comprehensive project schedules and develop/implement appropriate strategies to resolve those challenges / J7 Z: z, B A( {+ ]4 `2 R
3 V7 H" U3 ^. }' D! ADemonstrated project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills
