举个例子：
2 Q# Y$ w9 [% ^1 E' S' P( Z如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
4 o' O; m: X7 v1 \如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。
8 q, z6 Y* r9 {0 U* q在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$7800（20,000乘以39%等于7800）的退税。除去你捐的$5000，你将净得$2800。

所以，到明年四月你收到Refund Tax后，你会发现，你将为你的捐款创造56%的Interest.

The generally accepted meaning, however, is the highest price, expressed in a dollar amount, that the property would bring, in an open and unrestricted market, between a willing buyer and a willing seller who are both knowledgeable, informed, and prudent, and who are acting independently of each other.

让我解释一下：

( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
9 x6 K+ y* L+ e) y' RThe fair marker value是 $100.
$ |' |4 x# L0 A- T. Q  Z( H& \如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。

( b$ [# Y+ W5 g7 A- O! A/ [' l$ X我也在做donation program，不过我们捐赠的是救人的药品，经过WHO捐到非洲。投资回报在第四季度应该是46％左右。如果有异议，可以发短信或email到zy1003@hotmail.com继续和你探讨。
