举个例子：

FMV--- fair market value
This is the way a product is evaluated on the market

( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
: j- T" u3 z, f$ X1 K如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
4 x/ L( P% I6 D/ i6 z9 F! V* F, Y) s那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。
我好像能捞不少回来。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

) {% a6 r2 G* ]这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。


我也在做donation program，不过我们捐赠的是救人的药品，经过WHO捐到非洲。投资回报在第四季度应该是46％左右。如果有异议，可以发短信或email到zy1003@hotmail.com继续和你探讨。
