举个例子：
如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
9 {, V" |& A9 ^1 A. C3 b如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。
在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$7800（20,000乘以39%等于7800）的退税。除去你捐的$5000，你将净得$2800。

FMV--- fair market value
This is the way a product is evaluated on the market
比如　一套Courseware软件
6 C9 a9 ^" U) k# h7 h, e( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
" c# f) I* l6 x- w* y/ C, RThe fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
* o  q: @7 g. w3 _) Y你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
* x- }* x- k7 h- s$ t那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

& }# z% d$ a8 D4 H- ~, L其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。
我好像能捞不少回来。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.
" n0 S6 A- k" I1 m5 ^, q2 G' G/ d
这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。


我也在做donation program，不过我们捐赠的是救人的药品，经过WHO捐到非洲。投资回报在第四季度应该是46％左右。如果有异议，可以发短信或email到zy1003@hotmail.com继续和你探讨。
