举个例子：
如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。

让我解释一下：

This is the way a product is evaluated on the market

# S4 T; n' q4 X1 S! {/ x" B( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
The fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

4 r# g" J/ d/ o个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

8 f0 a- ~2 `8 K0 J! g; S其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。
! e7 ~, m/ i( j- P7 `+ w我好像能捞不少回来。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

8 l1 S1 q; H" E% C8 T这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
