比如　一套Courseware软件

The fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
, X/ s8 ]" f: r% t$ K你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.
那么总的 receipt 是 $4000

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

& c% W& j$ V& H9 b这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
