Organize Leadership Training Sessions

- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

- Be informed on current issues on race relations and other areas relevant to the position.

Proposal Creation

- Also with program manager, create a logic model for each project with activities; short, medium, and long term outcomes; and indicators' p9 G+ ^$ [% M, z, O

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation7 r/ B8 [# M( H! A

Qualifications for this Position

- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society6 W* I% a% p8 p4 O* D2 _3 I( I
- demonstrated leadership abilities with youth! K3 U) }2 L, Q; _4 J" Q% X
- experience with project coordination
6 Z, X2 v# ]: \7 Y" |7 e- degree or diploma in human services field
