我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？

刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
' g, L  C& {$ ]4 pTo apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
8 ?9 J# A7 H$ v7 E% S, _" z& q我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明
我要上初中就要有加拿大的小学证明
2 U" V9 O) n  Y4 X我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明
( A# Y& @7 b+ _6 }' i0 a* H
有兄弟姐妹能帮我看看哪有相关的读研究生的政策，我好给这个人再回封信，驳斥他

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
university, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
$ r) A9 z0 q8 `1 ^( ?* W6 f+ dinternational students in the admission stage.

* ~9 \! k6 P" W- `+ U- ^The second sentence means that even you are considered as an
international student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
* `" x; r" {( y# H+ mwon't pay the differential fee as international students do.

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
& V, x4 Y+ Y5 f& j把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
