Specific responsibilities
9 R1 a4 B: p/ I8 L( X+ y- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
* q' t1 h. y: b; o: O" {: N- Maintain partnership programs with customers
2 q$ l2 ^3 W- G) f" P/ D2 }- Review and respond customer inquiries
- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
7 O# z$ ^) _: t3 d5 g- G. c7 a- Identify potential commercial risks
/ p* T/ j3 ^4 n- Z6 K9 t$ a- U- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
8 Z. h) Q$ M- C; D* u- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
1 A1 [7 r8 W' _4 a+ D- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
9 O" V0 D0 ]" S% I6 L1 ?- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development

- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
: G  F2 e# ^+ J" B# _) r5 B! l- 3+ years successful related experience background
( j" O' p& T6 ]% C: g7 Q- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
! T' O: s7 b  v- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
+ ^6 V2 t( z( _) c/ M# t) j- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
- Responsible and accountable
2 K! }3 x- [8 x; H; ^; }! `- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
6 u( ]3 I- G- w3 e. F, O- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
- Valid North America or European passport
- Valid driver’s license.
