“财政政策刺激，贷款资格变化以及贷款利率上升的压力，导致今年本地房地产市场的高峰期提前来临”，埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Larry Westergard表示，不少买家在4月份提前进入市场，导致5月份市场轻微缩水。7 \. a+ R( _" ~% {, K% W9 H* h

5月份，埃德蒙顿的独立屋价格上涨了接近1%，均价达到$390,583；康兜（Condo）的平均价格下降了2个百分点，为$248,526；丢普莱克斯（duplex）和排屋（rowhouse）平均价格较上月下降2.3%；总的来说，所有房型的平均成交价格上升了0.25%，达到$340,192。
