parking ticket

I got a parking ticket at 104ST 80AVE SHOPPER MARKET parking lot from diamond parking services yesterday, I didn't notice that along 104st outside parking lots need pay and inside parking lots had 90 mins limited.
I stored my car around one hour, ticket was 45$, I called the service and complain. Finallly they asked me to pay 30$, Do I need pay or keep complain?

Hehe, I planed not to pay until I read your post. They are scammers. We parked at the road side in a neighborhood for around 2 hours on a saturday night. And these scammers just gave us a ticket for no visitor parking pass. There are not any warning about no parking on the street where we parked.

Since you have done the appeal, and some what worked. I might try to do the same thing. However, lots of forums telling not to pay, and they won't be able to do much to you.
