Primary purpose: The Social Worker works in partnership with settlement workers or 1 |6 ?3 I% Q$ g* I

Nature of Work: The Social Worker will report to the manager of mental health services.

newcomers accessing these services and other institutions and service providers. The Social * W6 E0 ?: w- K9 _
Worker will assist in case planning, conferencing and providing support and advocacy as

Extensive knowledge of community resources, including in depth understanding of family

Experience/facility with MS Office computer applications

Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle with appropriate

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience working in a related field
