I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
/ {+ t/ j' ^; |/ ~4 `. k( q: wperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
; ~2 l. L: O$ z/ r, r! K( XSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
: D0 q. ]2 D1 g; v; obe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
) B' g/ Q. G; h# F# F  d" w: a/ B30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
( U( W5 h! A" n$ s8 x( k1 Zmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
: o( v1 V* S9 z6 a$ Tcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
4 b, j" J, \- m6 c9 lafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
