! f, s0 U* F: o( Q& s7 x8 M  w7 ]person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
- V9 E$ a- A6 a8 a6 v* b4 B(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
! N  m) v% |- x' ^  J5 w
' K2 B" a- }5 MI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
& u  ]+ {1 c0 R  L6 e4 S$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
6 r% y3 n+ V; D6 J+ n1 Mmonths, so it is still quite clean.

2 h0 K* [5 e, I7 X. v9 EYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
  u4 M# f2 E! x/ l8 wcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
