I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
8 }4 z) Z/ A& X3 V6 @$ I(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
$ ^0 S7 f! b& y- u# ~Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

+ C* S! n8 p/ M# a6 tI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
- s" f( F& [( F. T) G$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
: h1 i4 c( B  H5 N9 A' S9 }6 W, n7 R2 Zbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
0 I+ J3 S: S  D+ d8 [months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
* `! \" X2 ]; \% O  Ocheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
