I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
% m5 p5 r4 R9 W, y4 Xperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
% M1 ^+ g' r: w% q% u. }/ D' w(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

1 g2 @7 f* q7 s- dI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
  |) ^1 ~4 e5 y7 x! D% j30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
