While natural gas has doubled in price this year, Wachowich said electricity has - if only momentarily - seen spikes of up to 2000%. He said that happens because electricity can't be stored and is always susceptible to price fluctuations. 0 y+ @9 s( m7 w* S. k' o# e2 m% n
