) r. z- w- H5 Q$ eReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

; ?  f9 `6 |, Y, ~KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
# j8 I( X3 Y' V; g$ t; i: H        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
2 w, N0 d2 c4 h# S/ i% D•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
+ _; V% p* e" S# W•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
