* I2 c6 E6 `& u: d/ a+ ?8 Y- QPosition: Director Finance / Primary purpose: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director Finance will be overall responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting & reporting activities. He/she will be involved in reporting to the Board of Directors and will be a member of senior executive management. The Director of Finance will lead the day-to-day finance operations including functional responsibility over financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

/ m0 ^9 @3 ^' u+ N& [Key Requirements: The ideal candidate for the position will be a Canadian designated accounting profession (CA, CMA or CGA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior level financial role, non-profit experience preferred. You will have demonstrated expert knowledge of Canadian financial reporting and corporate governance; the ability to understand and function effectively within the context of strategic issues.
