Some of the purposes are to show where the property lines are, no structures were built without permit etc., but what would you do if the deck were built without one? (almost all homeowners built their decks without applying a permit) Tear it down and do it all over again, would you? If not, don't bother until you have to re-sell the house again (some lawyers would suggest the buyer to ask for one and you have to provide)

是不是“BLUE PRINT” ？ 如果房子是“ custum Build”的应该都有蓝图的。

是land survey 吧？前任屋主都应该给的，　不给如果你想自己做，要付３００块左右。　但这land survey有什么用，我不太轻楚。
