2. supporting beams are a bit too far away from each other.

For 2, you may need someone with engineering knowledge to find out, but there should be a building code governing the span distance. For 3, you can go down the basement to do a visual check yourself.- i/ n0 c* N$ V I, Z" z
But anyway, insist the builder to fix the problem right away, don't let them get away with 6 months time. |
