"Do you like that?" she asks as she holds up the hottest shape in louboutin this season, the bowling shoe in purple and violet sunray stripes. It gets the nod.- I9 f, V# S2 W& Z
She holds up a designer credit-card holder for inspection. "I think that's so cute," she says.9 q$ u& V7 ~: R7 \+ |. C0 `
A dubious look from her father puts her back on track. "But it's not us," she agrees.

Although many may envy her job travelling to the world's fashion capitals to buy the most cutting-edge collec-tions, she is quick to explain that this is no shopping expedition.
" C$ U, S+ U6 B5 Z s4 c/ b$ K "This isn't shopping, it's business," she says. "They're make-and-break decisions."
