She works through the collection, holding up a brightly patterned Christian Louboutin or shoe every so often for a second opinion from her father.

She holds up a designer credit-card holder for inspection. "I think that's so cute," she says.. p8 _& G: J0 X$ W1 D
A dubious look from her father puts her back on track. "But it's not us," she agrees.0 \$ H) R5 s; b( G( Y
They also agree that shoes and heels will be bought in matching pairs, another strong ladylike trend.
