Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields : y' U/ b: E8 Z5 i" g3 N
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
: D& `6 T" `9 X' h4 S$ f1 j6 b3 HExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
. |" {5 ~" C) f4 PExcellent communication and negotiation skills
6 Q* J4 b! K! Y! Z- `5 t0 JExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
