Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields 2 i; c8 N4 \7 U( X0 n
Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 8 j5 R' P7 r) z" D3 W) T6 `4 ^ CExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants 6 I- }1 E$ S% u( H- G0 Q
Excellent communication and negotiation skills ) B1 Z/ F" \9 C% Y* Q' s6 ~) I
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments ; B7 |3 R3 x) E! F
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market & n& e7 s8 ^* F* {7 F) |/ ]/ ?2 c5 j2 O& d/ d- Y5 \
