% x; @; g! ~* N0 O( W, POur Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
* T+ H" \/ T4 v* F% ^+ y" OPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
3 y& R9 `" W7 S4 XUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
6 C  A0 ?1 i2 N- YExcellent communication and negotiation skills
+ G4 K. @; r5 J2 FExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
