Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ( Y( a# p1 d2 M5 j
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants ' D. J# {1 V& @7 m7 n7 R
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 4 ^* w2 p) O" e' d1 \/ {" d$ G
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments " V7 |" h% {4 U( q% g, i4 q
