Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.
Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
9 P/ n/ V1 m/ q/ H. W7 fAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
1 C+ ?/ Y# `6 _3 s1 hExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
9 b- k* r( N: X+ C$ E( X  D  ~1 B9 ~Computer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
/ d" T% }8 @2 M2 _) M" b' nUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
