Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus . U l% L: ^4 a* b
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities % H' B" n6 P; `+ m, Q& ~
Computer proficiency 0 a& a6 u8 S, T- c& W" V4 u6 a
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills 6 q; C8 X( @3 x
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories 4 ^! W5 A, E% B* O
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
