$ A% W4 z4 H$ E+ w0 \# Icare, security, environment, aerospace, automotive and natural resources. CMC is a unique Canadian organization that provides academics with6 b( s: }! L6 o. L7 {+ j2 z& |6 p z1 z
tools that are state of the art in industry to move theory into practical applications. Through its network of more than 40 universities, CMC makes it) _! J- d9 k7 I! F# _4 u1 U5 j
possible for some 2,400 researchers and graduate students to design, manufacture and test prototype microsystems. As a result of cash and inkind! ]) Q( P( x3 l8 K
contributions from industry and other sources, the total program value will be more than $100 million.
