Supports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
, W0 ~# d" v% J) x4 c5 ZModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
& z2 _7 a' v# S( U" J' UCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
Assists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
Several years related experience in a similar environment
/ _7 h3 s0 E, M4 W3 i0 \& oKnowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
- H9 l) g/ Y* N, B/ `Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
1 g1 q( i8 [) N9 h0 `- J3 kOutstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a highly dynamic, energetic and demanding team
