Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
$ B4 v# T8 x) ~+ O$ Tment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.# S# O9 I! U- n4 ?0 Y: k1 Y/ [
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:+ z& n9 D4 p: W
Ÿ Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into 2 O# T# M/ m7 S5 T- ~' a( O! O: d
the organization;5 D, _% e0 \4 o, e* n
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
1 |6 T+ I- q/ k+ O3 SŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical 7 Q+ o/ k- Z/ M0 X
support;
0 Q% _; Y3 S5 O5 L( j' XŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
, O% V; g% _, h5 ~3 W! \implementing staff wellness programs;
* }2 O/ w# C: a X: h1 R' c4 bŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
2 w; _% w5 S3 S: j+ oŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
8 Z7 k% y3 e# k4 sŸ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;# m) Y: o2 {: E9 C& q0 J
Ÿ Other duties as required.

( B3 m9 G! O4 N0 X3 k, p% oŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent 9 d& J; B/ U. E1 K0 h
education and experience;
* C7 c3 O2 J0 J- Z2 WŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
: X/ Y% _( d5 n2 f/ Z, H" y" S* [Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
1 C$ m$ g5 L v2 {+ K3 J: ZŸ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
% z1 K k- U+ m4 Kverbal and written.
$ b# H0 ]* ~: j9 v5 W5 O2 vLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package. Salary Range ~% T- a. Z+ D6 i, N
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. + J, H8 g2 x+ `# V. {
