有知道buildtolast的吗？

有没有筒子买过buildtolast建的房子，或者跟他们打过交道的？
最近看上一处房子，查了一下，头儿是印度人。上次看过个帖子后老有心理负担，请有信息的筒子们给点建议。

BTW: 他们提供warranty，1年，结构的warranty是10年，是不是就可以放心了？

Structure of a house seldom has big problems that make a house prone to collapse but too many other things of a house may go wrong and by then it does happen, it is possible that the warranty provider will tell you those are not considered as structurally unsafe or not even an integral part of house structure. So 10 years structure warranty is not equivalent to "NO WORRIES" since the term "structure" has never been precisely defined or exactly described on the related warranty certificate.

因工作的缘故，和很多印度人的建商打过交道（这家是其中之一）。不是我种族歧视，他们中大部分的道德水准让我叹为观止，从此可以知道他们盖的房子质量如何（材料一定用最便宜的，只要可能一定偷工减料。。。。。）从那以后，打算只要是印度人建的房子一定不买。当然这只是我自己的看法，仅供参考。

几年前打听过他们盖的duplex，owner听起来很操蛋，就没有跟他打交道了。建筑质量就不知道了，只知道他们喜欢在城市的比较旧的地方买一块点儿的地，弄个申请然后开始盖duplex或者什么的。

builder听起来很没有礼貌，好像是看不起我们这些买房子的穷人，爱买不买的意思

他们房子材料不行.人工还可以.人品也确实够可以
