Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)
7 x) S: g: r/ K: HTerm: 1 year contract; m3 ^# y: W7 P' X* K$ N8 j
Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

Job Description8 F# c' r/ G" a; F+ I, G  P& {
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
' i, Q8 n0 N# Y" g+ q5 b9 ^-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker$ X; O5 T- ^& H1 B+ U
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team+ s7 w" U5 E5 f/ C
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
% _/ W2 @1 ?6 q0 J, B-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception$ D& W+ k  u( ~8 O7 z5 O
" n8 t: C4 D7 @6 Z( q0 M3 K1 }$ q1 n
Qualifications:
( A/ d; t( _* d& t; K4 e4 v  Q-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience: V( U  l% s5 U6 u! `
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
5 [- B2 l/ n& M+ Q: [-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team5 b) D! y+ @4 T$ Y# q, j8 h( ?" S9 U
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one, i' Q3 `# r6 K- z, Q) W! z9 s
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
