Job Description
+ i# v' |0 o4 a# t" K  e% G- }•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
5 u: w4 a; Z# Y•        Serve food and beverages
: h) ?6 @3 ~6 k6 B! f. d3 v•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
7 c: ]( B6 i' v, B8 C  t•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
) U* F% a& g6 ~/ b2 Q5 Q4 B6 O•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
# w" ?2 n5 d2 e: P$ `; H0 w* l•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

  v, ]* u+ B. H  p; R; n•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
