Job Description
3 v' H; t( ~$ k9 t/ y: t•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
/ N; e: F) e0 S$ V" n) j: ?•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
1 v" v' r. P( U3 H2 ?* r•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
9 b( X/ x. u  `- t1 {4 _•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down

•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
