Job Description
2 Z6 ]$ _: R8 }2 E" f•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
4 l6 P, U: a% ^7 a0 ^•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
: S$ X# w/ h# b/ _& E6 r3 J' k( g•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
& p) Q2 ]/ ^- @' E+ s5 {5 B•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
