•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  b7 P$ B+ q/ _5 W8 ^6 b9 {•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
' _9 k4 G7 J. c8 E! |- I1 f1 m•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
) r# z1 l  W3 x' Z# L•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
; n5 I3 a8 K( S9 i# U; a1 z7 l•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
- X2 c* o' Y; ]5 t" R•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
