Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first / h- }1 Z& V3 s1 w, L
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
9 a" Z. F& A0 B L8 P/ {Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
3 Z" u7 D+ G5 q; w" G6 u) Z# U- _youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
5 E) m2 ^- c$ ?9 b8 p, v- Y; r$ lin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
! I0 ?2 g% I5 ~1 v" `are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
$ ]- l7 ]) \! f0 @& ?9 Obalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
# ]1 Y; U3 H! [. W ]$ haccountable to the project coordinator. & t2 ?! w+ b' z9 @$ ~. d
4 X0 f' G9 G; q: x+ M. N4 |7 Z! oThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
! [8 z8 _9 [1 a: B2 Uschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is ) I; [4 y/ z6 g# o

& K- F. W$ d: @1 _& L18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ) m5 y, k2 I3 o4 j8 @' R- Z
Keen ability to organize and lead

Salary
