% L0 Y! W, x& g1 [services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

0 v' f# f5 r+ {4 {0 T" rTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first * o) o5 [! U& q. O3 ]* b
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
/ h/ W q" m# p: }+ K; }9 zEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a / S4 A: h+ k2 o) @& Q
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved ' V2 C6 \" |. k6 `1 I* C3 ?
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
9 A5 o& S4 c, eare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
3 H6 `$ I- ?' K" [# T* V2 Dbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be $ ~& m& s4 j& h& G3 R
accountable to the project coordinator. 8 O( C6 m2 v n: A
6 g) o# U- B/ N, n) }( h n
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 7 m S1 B% O, W# N+ h, l; `
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 2 C! o+ y' P! X( ~: d# E/ V" }
desirable.

+ `/ T; c: O/ c& f- IQualifications 5 n7 G4 v p6 v7 \( B, a
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
( w( H# x2 D9 [Keen ability to organize and lead ! N8 a$ X9 i. |. Y# m2 Z/ M
Regular attendance at meetings
4 J& c6 H: q* k" ERelate well with other youth and adults
8 l* X: e" D* h0 SWilling to be mentored and trained
